Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: During product launches, pre-orders, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If that happens, we’ll notify you by email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: [3–7 business days]

  • Expedited Shipping: [2–3 business days]

  • International Shipping: [7–21 business days]

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak-season volume.


Pre-Orders

If an item is marked as a pre-order, the expected ship date will be listed on the product page.

Pre-order items ship on or before the stated ship date.
If there are any changes to the ship date, we will email you with:

  1. an updated estimated ship date, and

  2. the option to cancel for a full refund.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

If you don’t receive tracking within a few days of ordering, contact us at [support email].


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

    If you don’t see your country at checkout, it means we don’t ship there yet.


    Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

    Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

    If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout:

    • We can reship it once we confirm the correct address, but

    • the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.


    Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

    Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please contact the carrier first.

    If your package appears lost in transit (no tracking movement for [7 business days domestic / 14 business days international]), contact us at [support email] and we’ll help resolve it.


    Damaged Orders

    If your order arrives damaged, email us within [48–72 hours] of delivery with:

    1. your order number, and

    2. clear photos of the damage and packaging.

    We’ll work quickly to replace the item or issue a refund.
