How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that during holidays or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. For orders under $75, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, as well as U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is unavailable at this time.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can also log into your account at any time to view your order status and tracking code!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically ranges from $5–$10. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
What size polo do i order?
We recommend referring to our Size Guide on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit or sizing down for a slimmer look. You can also reach out to us with your measurements for personalized sizing advice.
What materials are your polos made from?
Our polos are crafted from premium performance fabrics — a blend of cotton, polyester, and spandex for softness, stretch, and durability. This combination ensures comfort, breathability, and wrinkle resistance throughout the day.
How should I care for my polo or hat?
Our polos are built to last and require no special care. Just toss them in the wash — they’ll hold their shape, color, and softness wash after wash.
Machine wash and dry normally — no need for delicate cycles or extra steps.
No ironing or special treatments required.
Hats can be spot cleaned if needed.
